Summer is finally here!

1. Visit the beaches in Cebu, Philippines

Malls and amusement parks are quick taxi rides away from the next beach resort. Almost everything is easily accessible and not to mention, the locals know how to speak English.

2. Go through the Khao San Road in Bangkok, Thailand

Make it a point to pass Khao San Road at least once. You’ll never be able to get out of it without buying anything or at least trying 3–4 food stalls.

Khao San Road is a vibrant and colorful street filled with restaurants, bars, cafés, market stalls, massage parlors, and many more. It’s every traveler’s favorite stop.

And it’s not just filled with fellow travelers and tourists, but also art students since this backpacker’s trail is their favorite place to hang out. You and your date will know what it feels like to be a local when you pass through this street.

3. Experience the Maldives

Almost everyone has heard about the Maldives. You’ve probably seen photos of its white sand beaches, crystal blue waters, and floating bungalows. The Maldives is on everyone’s bucket list and for good reason.

Getting to the Maldives isn’t cheap though. So many people have wanted to spend their vacations there but only a few could try. This wonderful vacation spot is only for those who have the money, so if you can afford it, make it a point to stay there for at least 3 days and 2 nights.

Going there is brag-worthy. Take hundreds of beautiful photos with your partner and make your friends envious. You will not regret it.

4. Watch characters come to life in Akihabara, Japan

When it comes to entertainment, from the interesting kind to the weird, Japan never disappoints.

Japanese cartoons– or anime– is one of the main things Japan has been popular for in the last decades. The country itself is absolutely rich in culture and is a dream tourist destination on its own. But anime and Japanese poo culture is a driving force for tourism from the younger generation.

One of the most visited cities in Japan is the city where you see characters come to life: Akihabara. The city itself is filled with brightly colored shops, malls, and buildings sporting flashy lights and advertisements. Adding to the larger-than-life experience are the many cosplayers who roam the streets at night.

Being in the middle of all that is an experience of a lifetime.
